We do not have authority or influence over:
- Immigration or embassy decisions
- Visa processing times
- Interview requirements
- Approval or rejection criteria
Our responsibility ends once your documents are submitted to the concerned government channel.

All visa applications handled by Rio Travels are processed through official government channels.
We do not use third-party or unofficial methods to obtain visas. Any changes in regulations, delays, or requirements are determined solely by the relevant immigration departments or consulates.
5. Non-Refundable Fee Policy
All service fees charged by Rio Travels are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application or travel plans.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Visa application rejections
- Application withdrawals
- Customer-initiated cancellations
- Delays or changes imposed by government authorities
Please ensure that you understand all terms and conditions before making any payments.
